Ximena (pronounced He mina ): Single and looking for a husband she comes from a good family here in Bogota. Her mother is a very good dentist and many of our clients have had work done here by her. She is assistant manager at our agency and works with Margot to see that all the guys are happy. She won't quit until you are happy.

Jim Southard: a tireless worker, he is a former very happy client who met his wife at our agency and who now works with all the male clients to see that they find the best woman available to be their lifemate. His heart is in his work and you will be happy with the end results. Always positive and optimistic Jim knows most of our female members.

Merly Southard: Jim Southards wife. She learned to speak English in 3 months . Jim and Merly often invite clients to their house for delicious home cooked meals and advice about their prospective mates. They are a typical happily married couple who met via our agency and most clients hope to meet a lady as nice as Merly. A big smile everyday for everyone.

Jim Heinrich (seated): is the founder of LLM and has been involved in over 2000 marriages since 1990. He refers to his job as a "labor of love " . Jim works with clients who have difficult or unusual situations as he has experienced just about everything over the past 18 years so he can help you for sure. Always
offers a helping hand when needed.

Constanza: She manages the hotel and works with Margot to see that all the guests are happy. She has been with us for 9 years and sees to it that all the employees maintain a positive attitude and offer assistance to all our guests. She will see to it that you are comfortable and enjoy your stay.

Margot: The blood and guts of our operation. Margot has 13 years experience as a matchmaker and is the BEST matchmaker in Colombia. She will find the best available mate for you - just trust her and work with her. Margot knows the girls better than anyone so listen carefully to her advice. She always
keeps her cool and gives good advice if you will listen.
